Revolutionary one-piece chassis
The Xray X12 2025 features a new one-piece chassis offering greater resistance to deformation ("tweak") and more consistent handling whatever the racing conditions. The narrower chassis shape reduces drag during cornering, improving overall performance.
Optimized rear POD system
The concept rear POD is mounted on top of the chassis to reduce drag and improve tweak resistance. Fine adjustment of the POD angle is possible by means of an adjusting screw on the rear of the chassis. The rear spring system improves front traction while lowering the center of gravity.
Ultra-light bulkheads
The new aluminum bulkheads of the POD system are designed to lower the center of gravity. The left-hand bulkhead is equipped with mounting holes for easy engine cooling fan offering an additional cooling solution for maximum performance.
New springless central shock absorber
The new central shock absorber central shock absorber, featuring a 1-hole piston, offers exceptional bump handling and reduced maintenance. Its springless design further lowers the vehicle's center of gravity.
Rear ground clearance adjustment system
The new POD rear spring rear spring replaces the central shock absorber spring, improving traction while offering greater adjustability and a lower center of gravity. The spring support is compatible with both conical and linear springs to suit the rider's set-up preferences.
Carbon fiber front suspension arm
The front suspension arm has been reduced by 1 mm on each side, increasing track-width adjustability and improving the initial steering. Visit aluminum pivot balls allow a significant weight reduction of 63%, optimizing the lightness of the assembly.
Improved hollow kingpins
The new hollow kingpins at the front provide better suspension lubrication, while offering smoother action and less friction. These kingpins are nickel-plated for enhanced durability.
Aluminum steering blocks
The new aluminum steering blocks are equipped withpre-pressed Teflon inserts Teflon inserts, reducing friction and improving front suspension movement. New Ackermann positions offer improved, more adjustable steering characteristics for optimum control.
New carbon fiber side mounts
Visit new side support plates are thinner, reducing weight while leaving more room for electronic components. The narrow shape improves rotation and optimizes weight distribution.
Lateral link adjustment system
