Shipping and Delivery
The products are delivered to the delivery address that you will have indicated at the time of your order. The delivery includes the product(s) ordered, packaged and a detailed delivery note.
Average delivery times are 1 to 3 working days for France. The times indicated are average times and correspond to processing and delivery times for products destined for mainland France. They are not binding. RC Team cannot be held responsible for late delivery or stock shortages.
SHIPPING
Orders placed from Monday to Friday before 3pm are dispatched the same day.
Shipping times may be delayed by several days during busy periods (Sales, Christmas, Confinements, 3-day weekends).
By choosing the Chronopost carrier, same-day dispatch is guaranteed for orders placed before 3pm.
Delivery times vary according to the carrier.

Products remain the property of RC Team until full payment of the price. This reservation of ownership does not prevent the transfer of risks, which will take place upon delivery of the said products.
