Steps to process your returns request
1/ "You" step
You send us your request by e-mail via our contact form.
2/ Step " RC Team»
- RC Team (our Customer Service Department) processes your request.
- If your request is approved, you'll receive a confirmation e-mail with instructions on how to proceed: shipping address, return number and documents to enclose...
- Shipment of the product concerned by the request is at the customer's expense.
- To make it easier to track your request, please send us the tracking number of your parcel.
3/ "Supplier" stage
- Our supplier: processes your warranty claim and makes a decision: replacement, repair, repair on estimate, refund, no further action.
- In the case of repair on estimate, you will of course be consulted for its acceptance.
- We follow up with our suppliers several times a week on each current request.
- We immediately send you any new information on the progress of your current request.
- There is no need to contact the supplier directly to find out about your current request. Your only contact is RC Team.
4/ Step "RC Team »
RC Team You will receive the results of the action taken on your request from the supplier.
5/ "You" stage
We relay to you the action taken by the supplier on your warranty claim.
In the event of a product being returned to you, this will be at our expense.
How do I make a standard return?
1/ I prepare my parcel
- I make sure that each product is new (no trace of use), complete and in its original packaging;
- I check that the packaging and cushioning protect the products perfectly, so that they arrive in good condition;
- I print out the invoice for my order (available in your customer account) and slip it into my parcel.
- I note on the invoice or on a blank sheet of paper whether I would like a credit note (voucher valid for 1 year) or a refund.
2/ I send my return
I send my parcel to the following address:

Please put sufficient postage on your returns. Otherwise we will be obliged to refuse them.
3/ RC Team process my return
- We will receive your parcel, process your return and inform you of the outcome of your request.
- If your return is in order, a credit note (voucher valid for 1 year) or refund will be issued as soon as possible.
Important :
- You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return the product(s).
- You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- You are responsible for packaging and delivery of the return package.
- Any returned product that does not meet the criteria set out here will automatically be returned to you.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.

An error in your order?
- Send us an contact form photographs of the product concerned, highlighting the problem, and of the package received.
- Describe the condition of the package: was it damaged, open or taped by the carrier?
- Send us any references (barcode, supplier number) found on the product or its packaging.
How does the warranty work?
1/ Duration of warranty
Our products are usually guaranteed for at least 1 year, except :
- Replacement of consumables and wearing parts: tires, launchers, transmission parts (Spur gear, pinions, cardan shafts) etc...
- Poor product maintenance (poor lubrication, corrosion, exposure to water from non-waterproof products, dirty product).
- Damage specifically mentioned in the product data sheets.
- Defects and their consequences due to the intervention of the purchaser or a repairer (disassembly of electric motor, etc.). Nitro, ESC, remote control, charger, etc.).
- Consequences of improper use of the product (professional, collective, etc.).
- For batteries and inverters, any modification to the connectors may invalidate the warranty with certain manufacturers (Traxxas, HPI, Losi etc...).
- For LiPo, LiOn and LiFe batteries, any misuse voids the warranty (excessive discharge, incorrect charging, storage rules not respected, etc.).
2/ Warranty request
Tell us about it by e-mail, via our contact formto tell us about the problem you are experiencing and the circumstances in which it arose.
Any element that illustrates your problem as accurately as possible is useful: precise description, photos, video, etc.
Right of withdrawal
The Buyer's right of withdrawal is governed by the following provisions www.rcteam.com within 30 days.
Products must be returned to www.rcteam.com in perfect condition for resale, in their original state, with no trace of use and accompanied by the invoice or the Purchaser's contact details and the complete references of the order.
Batteries that have already been charged or vehicles that have been used (even for 5 minutes) cannot be returned.
Similarly, if the product includes a warranty sheet or any other document to be completed, this must not be filled in so that the Buyer can exercise his right of withdrawal.
Digital products such as flight simulators cannot be returned if they have been used.
Any product that is incomplete, damaged or whose original packaging has been damaged in such a way as to affect the normal sale of the product will not be reimbursed.
Responsibility
The products offered by www.rcteam.com comply with current French legislation.
www.rcteam.com cannot be held responsible for non-performance of the contract in the event of stock shortage or unavailability of the product, force majeure, disruption or total or partial strike, particularly of postal services and means of transport and/or communications.
