The electronic technology of the Promoto-MX is based on a 2700 Kv motor and a steel flywheel, both fixed in the center of the frame. The motor propels the gyroscope flywheel at more than 22,000 revolutions per minute , generating a gyroscopic effect that ensures unrivaled stability. Meanwhile, patent-pending Spektrum MS6X technology intercepts commands from the DX3PM transmitter to give the Promoto-MX an incredible ability to lean, turn and handle wheelies with unprecedented balance and finesse . Mechanical technology is not left behind. Losi's product development team carefully analyzed the suspension geometry of a full-size motorcycle to give the Promoto-MX similar handling capabilities.
The progressive rate rear suspension ensures excellent grip and prevents the risk of "bottoming" during landings. The innovative front fork design, with its internal spring and shock absorber, offers a variety of adjustment options, including changing the viscosity of the silicone damping fluid. Furthermore, an innovative braking system on the front and rear wheels gives the motorcycle spectacular stopping power, reducing braking distance in half compared to a rear brake alone.
The unique combination of the Spektrum DX3PM transmitter and SR6300PM receiver, enhanced with MS6X technology (patent pending), offers an unrivaled level of control. Promoto-MX riders are able to maintain impeccable balance whether riding at high or low speeds, navigating jumps or whoops, and can also execute simple steering maneuvers to navigate around obstacles and get back into line right in preparation for the next rhythmic section. For more daring driving, the MS6X's button allows you to increase the lean angle.

- All-Terrain Mode : This mode allows the Promoto-MX to lift the front wheel sufficiently without cutting off the acceleration to overcome jumps and obstacles, while intuitively avoiding "wheelies" by reducing the acceleration power if the motorcycle begins to rear up too much.
- Road Mode: This mode identifies when the Promoto-MX begins to wheelie and quickly reduces acceleration to return the front tire to the ground, allowing maximum acceleration.
- Wheelie Control: Wheelie Control gives you the ability to keep your wheelies on smooth surfaces while reaching maximum speed.
Don't panic if the front tire loses grip on slippery surfaces. Support bars are there to rectify the situation. They will prevent the Promoto-MX from going beyond its maximum lean, helping it straighten out and exit the corner. These grab bars feature adjustable stops for vertical movement, allowing them to be adjusted to suit any surface or level of traction. They are also often useful for recovering after a crash, when the rear tire still has traction. If the bike is still on the track, simply accelerate to straighten it out and continue your race.
Fully equipped with boots and helmet, the driver figure is as ready as you are for off-road adventure. Unlike other RC motorcycle figures, which are made entirely of foam and wear out quickly, the Promoto-MX rider is designed with a rubberized plastic exterior that can resist and bend during bumps or tip-overs. To prevent the rider from swinging on the motorcycle, the torso has a foam insert. This keeps the rider's body stable during normal use, while still being able to absorb impacts.
