The Sendero HD is equipped with Stealth Xtransmission, which allows the rear transmission ratio to be adjusted independently of the front in three stages: a 5.7% front overdrive ratio (installed as standard), an optional 1:1 ratio, and an 11.83% overdrive ratio for optimum performance on rough terrain.
Behind-the-Axle Steering (BTA) and Aluminum Steering Plates
The steering Behind-the-Axle (BTA) steering improves approach angle and front clearance, making it easier to manage difficult terrain. Bolt-on aluminum steering plates offer additional adjustment options and greater robustness, while allowing future modifications.
