Presentation of Aerox Droop gauge + shims 1/10 Touring AX013
Why the Droop is important for car handling
Visit droop refers to the point where the tire loses contact with the ground when the body is lifted. In model-building, adjusting this point can modify the car's behavior, whether to increase stability or reduce understeer. Measure the droop at the center of the axle with the Aerox system system ensures optimum precision by eliminating potential asymmetries in suspension components.
Application Aerox Droop gauge + shims 1/10 Touring AX013
- Attach droop wheels to a pair of axles on your chassis.
- Place the chassis on the 10mm droop blocks for stable measurement.
- Use the droop template to measure from the bottom of the droop wheel to the center of the axle.
- Repeat for the other pair of axles to ensure uniform droop setting on all four wheels.
